C&W to train graduates
C&W Communications recruited three young professionals for its highly competitive graduate programme which it said reflects its "unwavering commitment to attracting, nurturing, and developing regional talent to drive its future leadership and growth."
This year's cohort includes Joshua Walters from Barbados, Jamar Salmon from Jamaica, and Sherene Soochit from Trinidad and Tobago, a media release said.
Vice president of people Dom Boon said in a media release,"We are thrilled to welcome the third cohort of graduates as we nurture and develop the next generation of leaders within the industry.
"The graduate programme reflects our commitment to investing in emerging talent in the Caribbean region, by providing these young professionals with the tools, resources and guidance to excel in their individual career paths. We are doing our part to ensure that these talented young professionals can embrace future leadership roles in the business”.
The graduate programme targets recent university graduates with less than two years of experience and the potential for rapid advancement. Over 24 months, participants engage in a series of challenging projects, immersive learning workshops, and mentoring experiences that equip them for managerial positions.
The C&W graduates, join eight other graduates from C&W’s sister companies in Costa Rica, Panama and Puerto Rico.
