Paying rent to Government

THE EDITOR: Commentators are giving the pros and cons of the property tax. The tax is calculated on the rental value of the property.

Citizens must now pay a percentage of the rental value to the Government.

In effect, what is masked as a tax is in fact the rent we must pay to the Government to live on our own property.
