Faith Gillezeau wins Miss Universe Trinidad and Tobago title

The Crowns and Sashes Academy has announced that Faith Gillezeau, 25, of San Fernando West, was crowned Miss Universe Trinidad and Tobago on July 2 at Queen’s Hall, St Ann's.

The first runner-up was Miss San Fernando Jen-ai Mohammed while Dalise Lockkart of Sangre Grande was second runner-up.

Gillezeau, a pharmacist and national squash athlete, will represent TT at the 72nd Miss Universe pageant in El Salvador in November/December.

Latifah Morris, 29, of Diego Martin was crowned the new Top Model of the World TT 2024 and will begin her preparations for the Top Model of the World competition in Cairo, Egypt, in February 2024.

The Crowns and Sashes Academy which celebrates its fifth anniversary in July is the franchise holder for the Mister Supranational, Miss Supranational, Miss Universe and Miss Top Model of the World competitions.

The release said the academy is an internationally-recognised and award-winning beauty pageant training academy and production house.
