Who has access to those e-mails?

THE EDITOR: Once again serious issues facing the security of citizens are being turned into a political boxing match. It appears the only people not affected by the bomb threat to so many children, teachers and parents of our schools throughout the country are those in the Government and the Opposition, as they are in the headlines of every media house sparing at each other.

Not politically addicted, scientifically I seek to ascertain which citizen or citizens of our beloved country would have access to the e-mails of so many schools, reaching as far as Tobago, in order to perpetuate such widespread chaos. Is it a citizen in the Ministry of National Security or a citizen in the Ministry of Education?
