Leaking valve

THE EDITOR: I write to report a leak to WASA since I am unable to reach them by phone to do so. On O’Connor Street, south of Ariapita Avenue and directly in front of property #16, the “lock-off” valve on the pavement has been leaking for months, wasting precious thousands of gallons of water.

Maybe no one has reported it and WASA is unaware of it. If they didn’t know, now they know. Please attend to it.
