Who let the dogs out?

THE EDITOR: Kudos to the Airports Authority for resolving the obstruction on the runway last week Wednesday. Those dogs certainly caused a backup of air traffic and stirred displeasure among passengers coming into TT.

Perhaps National Security Minister Fitzgerald Hinds can lay in the public domain information coming to him about who and how much was paid for the dogs to cause that disruption. The police can then investigate further.
