Parkites spank Diego Martin in WoLF Ascension

QUEEN’S PARK spanked Diego Martin Central United 6-1, on Sunday, at the Patna Recreation Ground, Diego Martin, in the TT WoLF (Women’s League Football) Ascension Tournament.

Jessica Harrigan netted twice for the Parkites, while Ashlee Alonzo, Brittany Mahabir, Jewel Blackwell and Orielle Martin contributed one apiece. Akilah Crawford got the lone strike for Diego Martin Central United.

Former TT youth team winger Kayla Taylor got her name on the scoresheet as Club Sando edged St Augustine FC 1-0 at the Manny Ramjohn Stadium Training Field, Marabella.

J’Eleisha Alexander and Jalia Martin scored two goals apiece, at the Plymouth Recreation Ground, Plymouth, as Tobago Chicas whipped Jewels FC 4-0. And, at the Eddie Hart Savannah in Tacarigua, Terminix La Horquetta Rangers got the better of Trincity Nationals 3-1.

Two matches were cancelled over the weekend – University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) versus Kamillionaire FC, and Defence Force versus North Coast United.
