THERE WAS no play at the Diego Martin Sporting Complex on Sunday, in the lone encounter of the Cricket West Indies (CWI) Women's Rising Stars T20 Championship, between Jamaica and the Leeward Islands.

Heavy overnight and early morning rain forced the officials to abandon the match, without a ball being bowled. The game was scheduled to begin at 9.30 am.

Weather permitting, there will be three matches on Monday – Leewards versus Barbados at Diego Martin from 9.30 am, Windward Islands versus Jamaica at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy, Tarouba from 10 am and Trinidad and Tobago versus Guyana at Tarouba from 2.30 pm.
