Duke to act in Chief Secretary's absence

THA Chief Secretary Farley Augustine will spend the weekend in Barbados.

A press release from the Office of the Chief Secretary on Friday said Augustine will spend his birthday in Barbados with his wife. They were expected to leave on Friday evening, returning on Sunday.

The release noted that “the private trip is not paid for by the state.”

Deputy Chief Secretary Watson Duke will act as chief secretary until Augustine returns.
