Speaker's reply on Section 36 of the Constitution

In a special sitting of the House of Representatives and the Electoral College to consider the Opposition's motion to remove the President over the police commissioner/Police Service Commission crisis, under Section 36 of the Constitution, Speaker Bridgid Annisette-George gave her response to a letter sent to her by Opposition Leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar. The following is her ruling.
