Roadside vending?

THE EDITOR: So if an establishment places a table with a cash register, condiments, napkins, bags, etc, across the front door of its establishment, effectively blocking the entrance into the establishment, a worker goes inside and fulfils an order, returns and hands over the order at the table, is this roadside vending?
