Princes Town man, 26, on sex charge against brother, 12

A 26-year-old man is expected to appear virtually before a Princes Town magistrate on Wednesday charged with one count of sexual penetration of his brother.

The accused, who lives in Princes Town, alleged to have assaulted the 12-year-old boy in February 2019, a police release said on Wednesday.

WPC Hamilton of the Southern Division Child Protection Unit (CPU) charged the accused on Tuesday after an investigation.

The boy told CPU detectives that while at home with his siblings, the accused forced him to perform oral sex on him.

Acting Insp Khan led investigations together with acting Sgt Mohammed and acting Cpl Sinclair.
