A reasonablerice mark-up?

THE EDITOR: It was interesting to see in the newspaper that the Government is starting a $25 million parboiled rice plant in Couva.

Please let the current distributors of parboiled rice know if they will be allowed to sell the parboiled rice from the factory at a reasonable mark-up when the factory is completed.
