Enterprise man, 35, gunned down

Police are investigating the killing of a 35-year-old Enterprise man on Friday, a street away from where he lived.

Kevon Paul Joseph was standing in a yard at Walters Lane, off Bhagaloo Street, shortly after 3 pm, when a gunman walked up to him and opened fire. Joseph, who lived at Boss Lane, was hit in the left cheek and left hip. He died on the scene, and the killer ran off towards a track that leads to Boss Lane.

Central Division and Homicide Bureau Region III police visited the scene.

No one has been arrested. An autopsy is scheduled to be done at the Forensic Sciences Centre in St James during the week.
