St Lucia, St Kitts and Nevis and St Vincent and the Grenadines have finally received AstraZeneca covid19 vaccines through Covax.

The vaccines arrived on Wednesday and another 24,000 doses are currently in transit to Antigua and Barbuda.

Vaccines were also in transit to Grenada, according to an online Covax vaccine delivery tracker. But on Wednesday evening, that shipment disappeared from the list with no explanation.

St Kitts and Nevis got 21,600 doses, while St Lucia and St Vincent and the Grenadines got 24,000 each.

The only Caricom countries yet to get supplies through Covax are now Grenada, Haiti and Montserrat.
