Prime Minister tests positive for covid19

The Prime Minister has tested positive for covid19.

A statement on his Facebook page on Tuesday said Dr Rowley, 71, began experiencing flu-like symptoms on Monday evening and was subsequently tested for covid19.

Rowley is in isolation and under medical supervision.

The PM was expected to receive his Oxford AstraZeneca covid19 vaccine at 2.30 pm at the Scarborough Health Centre, Tobago.
