Police kill two men in Longdenville

TWO men, one identified only as "Chappy," have been killed in a police-involved shooting.

Police said that at around noon on Wednesday, the men, who were in a Hyundai Tucson SUV that they were chasing, started shooting at the police, who shot back.

The vehicle stopped near the Longdenville Police Post and the two men, who were bleeding from multiple gunshot wounds, were taken for medical attention. Police said both were declared dead on arrival at the Chaguanas Health Facility.
