The Division of Food Production, Forestry and Fisheries will be selling chicken's eggs at Hope Farm, Hope, Tobago to the public beginning on Tuesday and every Tuesday thereafter, between 8 am and 11 am.

In a release, the division said the eggs will cost $7 a dozen, with a maxmum purchase of three dozen.

Food Production, Forestry and Fisheries Secretary Ancil Dennis said this is a regular occurrence.

“They have layers at the Hope Farm under the Division of Agriculture, and obviously as a result of that they will end up with eggs, and they will normally sell those eggs to the public from time to time.”

The division said interested people are asked to bring crates or alternative storage for their egg purchases. It said all covid19 protocols will be observed.
