Six new covid19 cases on Friday

Six new covid19 cases were reported on Friday.

The country has now had 7,759 cases in all since reporting its first case exactly a year ago.

There are 93 active cases at present.

The Ministry of Health, in its 4 pm update, said deaths remain at 140.

Between Thursday and Friday morning three people were listed as having recovered, bringing the total number to 7,526.

There are four people in hospital, four in step-down facilities, 310 in state quarantine, and 79 in home isolation.

A total of 101,519 samples have been sent to testing labs.
