Six more covid19 cases

SIX more people have tested positive for the covid19 virus, according to the Ministry of Health’s daily update on Monday, saying these cases were detected over the three previous days, Friday to Sunday.

Trinidad and Tobago now has 329 active cases.

Some 132 people have died from covid19,said the statement. The country has had 7,399 cases since last March, of which 6,938 patients had recovered.

Some 77,555 people have been tested, including 35,022 tested at private facilities, the update said.

TT has five patients in step-down facilities, 357 in state quarantine and 276 at home in self-isolation.
