TTPost gives 45 tablets to children of employees

The children of 45 TT Postal Corporation (TTPost) employees who were successful at Secondary Entrance Assessment (SEA) exams this year will receive tablets from the corporation.

In a statement released on Monday, the company said ten of the tablets had already been distributed in a handover ceremony at the TTPost head office in Piarco that day.

General manager of human resources Joann Rodriguez said the corporation was happy to contribute to the education of its employees’ children, “many of whom may one day become employees of TTPost.”

The statement said the gesture came at a time when electronic devices were required for the successful SEA students to access their online classes.
