15 new covid19 cases, no more deaths

FIFTEEN more people have tested positive for covid19, bringing the total number of active cases to 612.

In the Health Ministry's daily covid19 press release on Sunday, it said the total number of positive covid19 cases is now 6,879.

And 19 more patients have recovered since Saturday, bringing that total to 6,145.

The total number of samples sent for testing is 38,390 and 44 people are still hospitalised.

A total of 20 patients are still at step-down facilities, 445 are in State quarantine and 533 are in self-isolation.

Of the 533 in self-isolation, 177 are in the care of the prison system.

The total number of deaths remains at 122.
