WASA gone to the dogs?

THE EDITOR: While driving along a road in Champs Fleurs, I observed a dog having a bath in a pool of water on the road. The water has been flowing from a ruptured main for the past three weeks. This has provided the bathing pool for dogs.

But this is not the only burst main. There are several others and also choked sewerage lines polluting the atmosphere. The authority however seems unconcerned. Has WASA gone to the dogs?
