TT midfielder Kevin Molino scored twice on Thursday night to guide Minnesota United to the Major League Soccer (MLS) Western Conference playoff final against Seattle Sounders.
Minnesota United whipped top seed Sporting Kansas City 3-0 at Children's Mercy Park, Kansas City.
The in-form Molino opened the scoring in the 27th minute, with a right-footed shot beyond the reach of goalkeeper Tim Melia.
Molino showed good athleticism to reach a pass from Emanuel Reynoso and volley home in the 35th.
Four minutes later, Bakaye Dibassy scored from Reynoso's corner kick to give Minnesota a three-goal half-time lead.
Monday's final will be a clash between close friends Molino and TT's midfielder Joevin Jones (Seattle Sounders).
