No amendments; proclaim the bill

THE EDITOR: So finally the Procurement Bill will go back to Parliament. Great.

Does the population realise that this is in order to remove the oversight for government-to-government contracts? This amendment is not right. These contracts are exactly the ones that need oversight. These are the contracts with the most opportunity for “commissions” to be negotiated. After all, these are the largest in terms of money.

Proclaim the bill without amendments. Now.
