THE EDITOR: There seems to be some confusion regarding immunisation, inoculation and vaccination in these harsh covid19 times. Let me bring some clarity to the situation.

Immunisation is the changes your body goes through after receiving a vaccine.

Vaccination is the process of getting a vaccine into the body. A vaccine is what initiates the immunisation process.

Inoculation is to give a person a vaccine, a substance to prevent a disease.

I hope this clears it up.
