Protect our responders

THE EDITOR: While I have empathy for those residents in countries around the world who want to return home, I realise we have to protect our first and second responders. They are human beings and also have families.

We live in a selfish world where everyone wants their needs met, without consideration other people.

Can someone tell me why there were so many people leaving TT in early March when it was reported that the coronavirus was spreading?
