$30m indoor sport facility for Tobago

Secretary of Sport and Youth Affairs Jomo Pitt said a $30 million contract has been awarded to Towers International for the construction of an indoor sporting facility in Bacolet.

At Wednesday's post Executive Council media briefing Pitt said, "The project has already started. A contract was awarded to Towers International. That contract was awarded August and they were given three months to submit a finalised designed for the facility. Sometime next month, we will get the design and soon after the construction will begin. The construction will take 12-15 months."
