One more covid19 case in Tobago

Tobago has recorded one more covid19 case bringing the island's total number of infections to 104.

There are now 33 active cases. The Division of Health, Wellness and Family Development daily covid19 update on Tuesday said three patients are at Tobago's covid19 treatment facility.

Another 15 patients are still recovering at the step-down facility. There are 14 covid19-positive prisoners from the Tobago Convict Prison at the Claxton Bay Correctional facility in Trinidad.

Covid19 deaths in Tobago remain at two and the number of samples submitted to the Tobago Regional Health Authority, the Caribbean Public Health Agency and other local testing sites is 1,505.

So far, 69 people have been discharged.
