Point Fortin MP Kennedy Richards Jr has launched an online help desk.

In a Facebook post on Monday, Richards said, “You can lodge your queries, requests and assistance on this online form. The office would be in contact with you within three working days.

“You can utilise this form since it’s available every day, 24 hours a day, and not limited to coming into the office during working hours. We would be expanding this initiative going forward to allow for greater effectiveness as I selflessly serve you.”

On the Google Forms document – Point Fortin MP’s Online Help Desk – it says, “You can now submit your requests, complaints or receive guidance by simply adding the requisite information relevant to your concern.”

Some questions include full name, date of birth, whether you are a constituent of Point Fortin, address and contact number and sex.

Under the "What do you need help with?" section, there are the following options: Join MP’s employment database, join the community outreach volunteer registry, request a letter (employment, recommendation, etc), social assistance application, HDC (Housing Development Corporation) applications, HDC updates/queries, infrastructural complaints and "other."The project is said to be part of Richards' efforts to implement more digital solutions in the area.
