THE Victor and Sally Mouttet Foundation with support from its contributing partners Agostini’s Limited, Prestige Holdings Limited and Victor E. Mouttet Limited, has announced they will be providing 400 laptops, with three months free Wi-Fi, to be used by children in their online home schooling, which has become necessary due to covid19 restrictions.

These laptops will be made available to the children of Agostini’s and Prestige Holdings’ employees, who are unable to afford laptops and 100 of these laptops will be made available to the Ministry of Education for wider distribution, free of charge, to deserving families.

Chairman of the foundation Anthony Agostini, in a release said, “We recognize that covid19 has brought unique challenges, and we must all play our role to help support how we respond to these changes.

"While our Foundation is funding the majority of the cost of these computers that the children of staff members will receive, staff will also make a token contribution, joining the foundation in recognition of its value to their children’s education.”

The Victor and Sally Mouttet Foundation currently funds programs associated with children with Dyslexia and has an Eye Glasses Program, covering over 100 Primary schools, that it has been rolling out across the country. Eye tests and glasses are provided to children, at a fraction of the normal cost.
