Tobago power outage caused by natural gas supply

A problem with the natural gas supply to the Cove Power Station, Lowlands, Tobago, on Friday morning, caused one of its engines to trip, resulting in a temporary outage in some parts of the island.

T&TEC said power was restored within 30 minutes of the outage.
