2 in court for stealing welding plant

Kenton Springer of Red Hill, D'Abadie, and Stephon Joseph of Wallerfield appeared before the virtual Arima Magistrates’ Court on Monday charged with stealing a welding plant.

A police report said the men stole the welding plant in Maloney on August 11.

Acting on information, police arrested Springer after the Maloney CID searched Joseph's home, where the welding plant was found on Friday.

Springer, 27, was charged with larceny and Joseph, 36, was charged with receiving stolen goods.
