We are looking for people who are community-oriented, we are looking for people who are hardworking within their villages…not strangers to their neighbours. We’re looking for people who can come with a track record of honesty and integrity. We are looking for people who can come with a track record of assisting community members of fellow villages, people who are willing to give of themselves and sacrifice of themselves for the greater good of the larger community.”
