Tobago Play Whe operator shot during robbery

A Crown Point businessman was shot on Saturday evening in an attempted robbery at his business place.

According to police, the man, who also operates a Play Whe booth, was closing his establishment when a gunman came up and demanded he hand over all the cash.

The businessman refused and was shot. He is in stable condition at the Scarborough General Hospital. Investigations are continuing.
