Two shot in San Juan gang war

A man and a woman are in stable condition after they were shot by gunmen in San Juan on Monday night.

Police said the couple of Sunshine Avenue, San Juan, were standing on Bagatelle Road, San Juan, at around 9 pm when they were approached by gunmen who shot them before running away.

Residents heard the gunshots and took the couple to the hospital where they were treated.

Police said the shooting happened because of an ongoing feud between gangs in San Juan.

No one has yet been arrested.

San Juan CID officers are investigating.
