Carapo man shot dead after quarrel

A 44-year-old Carapo man was found murdered outside his home on Friday night after he and a relative had a disagreement.

According to police, Darren Perreira was shot dead, around 10.45 pm, outside his home at Pinewood Drive. Residents reported to police they heard gunshots and found Perreira's body. Earlier that night, he and a female relative had a loud disagreement, police said, before the gunshots were heard. Police do not have a motive but believe the two incidents are linked.
