PoS Passport Office moved

THE PASSPORT OFFICE on Frederick Street has moved to the Government Campus Plaza on Wrightson Road. Newsday went to the former office on Frederick Street, a little way north of Park Street, and and found it boarded up. There was a sign on the front door saying the office had moved.

Sources told Newsday the office moved about three weeks ago, during the stay-at-home order which started in late March.

But the office is not operating at its full capacity. Newsday was told it is not dealing with new applicants but with people who had appointments before the stay-at-home order, and people seeking to renew their passports.
