Still 117 covid19 cases
The Ministry of Health, in its 10 pm update, said no more covid19 cases were reported on Sunday. The number of cases remained at 117 as more stay-at-home measures were set to be relaxed on Monday.
The most recent positive test result was reported on Saturday.
One patient is currently in the State's care at the Home of Football in Couva.
The total number of recovered patients is still 108.
Six more samples were sent to the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) for covid19 testing on Sunday. That number increased from 3149 to 3,155 during the course of the day.
The number of deaths owing to the virus remained unchanged at eight with the last such death being reported on April 6.
