Public servants are return to work on Monday as the public service reopens. Also, retail stores, malls are to open until 6 pm and NLCB Lotto services return, all on Monday, the Prime Minister announced on Saturday, as phase three moves up to June 1.

The return of public servants will be phased, with managers to report first and subordinate workers to follow on a rotational basis until further notice, he said.

"If you come out on Monday, you won't be expected to come out on Tuesday. Rotational time," he said on the return of public servants.

Virtual meetings are to be done at the management level, with flexitime arrangements for public servants to manage the crowding of people on the roads.

Book stores, outside dining for hotels will also resume, while hairdressers and barbers will reopen on June 8.
