Ten new samples sent to CARPHA

In the latest covid19 update from the Ministry of Health, at 10.30 am, on Thursday, 2,795 samples had been sent for testing to the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA).

This figure represents an increase of ten samples sent to CARPHA since the ministry's 10 pm update.

The number of confirmed cases remains at 116, with eight deaths. Only one patient, who is deemed to be low-risk and in stable condition, remains at Caura Hospital.

The ministry said the number of unique patient tests completed stands at 2,380 and the number of repeated tests remains at 412.
