Covid19 stats hold steady

Ministry of Health's 10 am covid19 update on Sunday said the number of samples sent to the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) for covid19 testing remained at 2,670, the same number reported in its 10 pm update on Saturday.

The number of patients recovered and discharged also remains unchanged at 107. The number of deaths related to the virus remains at eight.

The number of cases also holds steady at 116.

Only one patient remains hospitalised and is at the Caura Hospital. The patient is low-risk and stable, the update said.

The number of unique patient tests completed is 2,258 and the number of repeated tests is 412.
