FOUR additional Scotiabank branches have been temporarily opened to help serve customers during the period after month-end when a higher volume of branch transactions is expected. The four additional branches are Arima, Cipero and Rushworth Streets, Couva and San Juan.

In a press release, Scotia outlined that otherwise ten branches are open: Chaguanas, Marabella, Penal, Scotia Centre, Independence Square, Princes Town, Sangre Grande, High Street, San Fernando, Tunapuna and Tobago Lowlands.

Banking hours remain 8 am to 1 pm, weekdays Monday through Thursday and 8am-2pm on Friday. For mall branches, the bank will be open from 10am-3pm.

At all branches, the first hour will be dedicated to serving elderly and disabled customers. The bank called on customers to respect this dedicated time for those in the community whoare most vulnerable.
