Three more covid19 patients discharged

Three more covid19 patients have been discharged from the Brooklyn step-down facility in Sangre Grande. Ninety-six patients have been discharged to date.

No new covid19 cases have been reported in the last 24 hours.

The Ministry of Health's 10 am update on Monday said the number of confirmed cases remains at 116 with eight deaths.

The number of samples submitted to the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) for testing is 2,007.

Of those, the number of unique patient tests done is 1,675 and 332 were repeated.

There are three patients still hospitalised at the Couva Hospital and nine low-risk patients at the Home of Football in Couva.
