Covid19 social support grants now fillable online

People can now access covid19 social support grants fillable forms online and submit then via e-mail.

In a release on Tuesday, the Ministry of Social Development and Family Service said the form is accessible on the ministry’s website, www.social.gov.tt.

Applicants no longer need to print and scan forms, but can use the online fillable form, save it and e-mail it.

Since some people do not have access to a computer or the internet, the ministry said it will continue to make printed forms available at advertised police stations and social welfare offices, in smaller quantities.

It said the online form "is envisaged an improvement to the application process for the covid19 social support grants, and is also an effort to promote physical distancing, as we assist in minimising and managing the crowds at our offices.”

The ministry thanked the public for its continued co-operation and support as the Government continues its efforts to flatten the curve of covid19.

Applicants are asked to log onto the links provided to access the form and follow three instructions.
