That's no big thing, Minister Young

THE EDITOR: National Security Minister Stuart Young says he had police evidence that a Member of Parliament met with some unsavoury characters at the Hyatt Regency. So?

Young must realise that this type of behaviour was normalised by late PNM prime minister Patrick Manning when he did exactly the same thing at the Holiday Inn.

This is really no big thing in our politics and has been going on since the days of Eric Williams with the “barber green” and the only people that do not know of this are the young and the foolish.

I remind Young that history did not start last Friday.
