I know who to vote for

THE EDITOR: I wish to thank the COP leader for her comment that her party will be adhering to responsible campaigning and not be deafening citizens and communities with loud music trucks (where is the EMA on this noise pollution?) or defacing our communities with posters on our walls and utility poles.

It is my hope that all disgruntled citizens will take the opportunity of the local government election to cast votes for a more responsible leadership and send a strong message that we need to save TT. For who we vote into office determines the kind of governance we will get.

And the vote is the only thing that truly matters to politicians. Not union marches, not letters to the editor. Votes! I know I will be voting for responsible governance...finally, a better option exists.
