Is iCARE? terminated?

THE EDITOR: While it is good news that we’ll soon have a ban on styrofoam and single-use plastic, what has happened to iCARE?

The recycling bins at Massy West Mall have been removed. I don’t know if that applies to the rest of the country but I hope the programme hasn’t been terminated as the previous one was.
