Budget hoarders

THE EDITOR: Budget day is Monday.

After it has been read PNM supporters will say it is like a breath of fresh air while UNC supporters will say it is like the air in an outhouse. Note how cooking gas suppliers are hoarding their product hoping and praying for a price increase. I have learned to be a good planner. Check me next month end.

Drivers will full up their vehicles hoping to "save" a few dollars. Regardless of what these products must finish. Life will go on. The budget does not have control over the government.
