THE EDITOR: It has been months that I have been trying without success to get my online phone payments up to date.
This “modern technology” online payment that is supposed to make things easier by customers not having to line up in an office to make payments however seems to be making more difficult.
Theoretically it makes good sense, and would really make life easier if it worked, but it’s only recordings instructing me to press this to get that and press that to get this and I’m only getting depressed, so my bill remains unpaid through no fault of my own.
To physically go in and pay would be defeating the purpose of their “modern” online system, wouldn’t it? Service provider, please get it fixed.
